CAREER TO DATE:
Rebecca spent 8 years practising as a commercial property solicitor for a top tier firm in New Zealand where she acted for large scale commercial property developers. Rebecca provided commercial and specialised property advice to the firm’s clients in respect to property related matters including the sale of large land assets to foreign investors.
SPECIALIST AREAS:
Business sales and acquisitions, residential and commercial conveyancing, property development, land subdivision, lending advice including advice pertaining to the personal property security regime; business advisory including structuring, asset protection and intellectual property matters.
